Simple Potluck App

A lightweight, no-login web app for community event signups that's as easy as handing around a physical clipboard.

How It Works

Anyone with the event link can RSVP; anyone with an admin link can create events.

Unlike user-based event registration apps, the Simple Potluck App assumes your invitees will not intentionally edit or delete other people's responses. That trust makes it really easy to RSVP, because administrators don't have to manage permissions, and invitees don't have to remember passwords. You get a link, you open the page, you RSVP for yourself, and you see who else is coming.

Getting started

To get an admin link for your organization, email us with your organization name, and we will create an admin link for you.

• Anyone with your admin link can create events on behalf of your organization.
• Each event has an event link to share with everyone in your organization.
• Anyone with the event link can RSVP to the event.

Pricing

The fee per organization is $20 CAD/year for unlimited events. This covers the cost of infrastructure to run the app and compensates for the administrative time required to keep it running.
